It is a matter of great privilege for us to introduce the Sri Jayachamaraja Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., situated at No.21/1, lakshmi venkateshwara Temple Road Matadahalli, R.T. Nagar Post, Bangalore-560 032.Bangalore North Hebbal Constituency.

During 1974 a group of enthusiastic friends gathered and thought the necessity of a co-operative society in the area of R.T Nagar premises.The group which consist of co-operative thinkers gave a definite shape for their vision and on 15/07/1974 emerged a society called “MuniReddy Palya Credit Co-operative Society Ltd”. The pioneer head was Late.Mr. C.K.Ramu . This led to a new movement in the co-operative movement .

A small rented room in Mothinagar, Adi Kabir Ashram has witnessed the 1st Society’s transaction with Rs.22,000/- working capital . In 16/09/1993 “MuniReddy Palya Credit Co-operative Society Ltd” name was changed as “Sri Jayachamaraja Credit Co-operative Society Ltd”. Later with successful transaction with efficient workforce society started developing to its great height. In 01/11/1997 Society was shifted to its own building i.e. at No.21/1 S.L.V Street Matadahalli Bangalore-560 032, which was inaugurated by Late Mr.K.B Ananth Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies the founder Mr. C.K Ramu.Today we are happy to inform that society has its own site in Sultan playa worth about 90 lakhs.

During the course of journey various presidents with great qualifications and personalities has administrated and gave yeomen service to the society which led to winning of ‘THREE’ state level award during period of founding president Mr.C.K Ramu in 2004 and during the tenure of Ramachandra.V in 2006,2008 respectively.

At present our society has about over 2crores share capital with 4000members and 7000 pigmy customers and yearly turnover approximately more than 100 crores.
